How To Flash It :

1.  Download CWM From HERE
2.  Go To Recovery By Pressing And Holding Power + Home + Volume up button 
3.  Press apply update from sdcard 
4.  Select CWM_bla_bla.zip
5.  Select wipe data/reset . wipe cache partition
6.  Now Press Install Zip From SD
7.  Choose zip from sdcard
8.  Select ussrv8_evanlocked@ogy@xda.zip

9.  Reboot your phone
